Lubnow Restoration responded to a flood in one of our units. Steve was prompt in responding and organizing the emergency work right away. He worked with us and our insurance to determine restoration needs, communicate work to be done and completed the work in a timely manner. Kevin who did most of the work in the unit was amazing at working with the tenants to make sure they were happy, he worked around their schedule and  the completed work was high quality. I highly recommend Lubnow Restoration.

I recently had to deal with water damage from a flood in my home, something I have never experienced and never had to deal with. Lubnow Restoration was there for me about 1 hour after the incident even though it was early hours on a Saturday morning and from that moment on... they took care of everything. I was given the option through my insurance to choose another restoration company and there was no doubt in my mind I was choosing Lubnow, they made me comfortable. Nikko was assigned to my case and took amazing care of me the entire way. Nikko always communicated and explained everything to me throughout the entire process so I understood and knew what was coming (and answered my constant annoying questions lol sorry). There was a few supply chain issues which is happening everywhere now (no fault of Lubnow) which took some extra time but I tell you I have learned patience over the past 2 years with everything that has happened. The job is done... I am beyond satisfied and I recommend anyone looking at my review to trust Lubnow Restoration.. They will make things as easy as possible for you... With professionalism and grace!!! I would like to say a special thank you to Nikko he was amazing. And the carpenter Marc... You do amazing work Marc, my house is beautiful down to all the small details. I love my home again 😊😊😊

Highly recommend Lubnow Restorations! The work on our fence and deck, that had been damaged in a windstorm, was completed as promptly as possible (given the delays in the supply chain) and very professionally. Special thanks to Kevin and Jack who did an excellent job!

Great experience with Lubnow. Purchased a home that, despite professional inspection, unknowingly had hidden issues with water leakage in roof causing significant damage to front structure and siding. Having been a previous project manager myself I was impressed at how Steve Lubnow and his staff took the time to answer all my questions and lay out a detailed plan, schedule and cost profile before we started.  The work involved many different trades but was completed on time and on budget and safely! A huge relief for the tens of thousands of dollars it cost for demolition, rebuilding, and new roof. We were thoroughly impressed with the tenacity of Harry Lubnow who worked with the finishing company to ensure the colour of the finish exactly matched the remainder of the house! Although we had ordered the correct colour from the manufacturer apparently there is variation in colour lots but Harry worked diligently with the company until the finish was exact. Really impressed with the quality of work. You get what you pay for!
